Sometimes there is a fine line between being enthusiastic about your work and being overly involved in your work. In fact, knowing the difference is difficult and not always clear. Keeping a good balance between work and home life is key for mental and physical health as well as for productivity.
This assessment can help you determine the truth about your work pattern. Does it reflect a healthy eagerness and interest, or an unhealthy obsession?
